Performance during the quarter was effected due to severe Drought
in M.P. Resulting in very poor Consumption in Fertilizers.
- Khaitan
Soya Ltd. has been merged with the Company vide dated 08.02.2001
of Hon'ble High Court of Madhya Pradesh bench at Indore. The
said amalgamation is w.e.f. 01.04.1999. Thus the data given
above includes operations of Erstwhile Khaitan Soya Ltd. also
for current year and previous year.
